Our first featured product is some delicious selection of De'Magi cheeses. Andrea De'Magi is an Affineur or he could also be called a "cheese magician." Since 2001 Andrea and his team based in Castiglion Fiorentino in Tuscany have dedicated themselves to developing over 500 different cheeses from cow, goat, sheep and buffalo milk. De'Magi produces a range of soft, semi hard, hard and blue cheeses. The many awards De'Magi has received over the years are a testament to the unique, artisanal quality of the De'Magi cheeses.
